One family, two coasts
We build the houses, then we host you in them.
Parsons Hospitality started with one Scottsdale villa and a simple idea: a large group should be able to stay together, in a real home, without any part of it feeling like a rental. We design and renovate each property ourselves, then run it with our own team. More recently we brought the same approach to two historic inns on the harbor in Boothbay, Maine.

No service fee
Listing sites add a guest fee on top of the nightly rate. Booking here, you pay the rate, the cleaning fee and tax. That is all.
Straight answers
Ask whether the pool is heated in February, whether thirty people really fit, or which house suits a rehearsal dinner. We know, because we built them.
Concierge before you land
Tee times, private chefs, boat days, restaurant tables, grocery stocking. Arranged before you arrive, not after you ask.

Casa Palacio was a great time!
The facilities were all lovely and the staff was so helpful. Leading up to our trip Mike was helpful with ideas on what to do with my group. While visiting there was a facilities manager who answered all questions for us. The pool was great, the tennis courts were great, and it was nice to escape the heat in the movie theater.
This Casita has everything you could want
This Casita has everything you could want. Every appliance, plenty of towels, Soap, and every utensil you could ever need. The furniture was perfect, the setting was amazing and the place was as clean as I've ever experienced. The Pool and Hot Tub are an added bonus. Definitely a must see if you are going to the area!
